报告期内，本集团实现营业收入2,136.46亿元，比上年增长3.76%;其中实现利息净收入1,466.79亿元，比上年增长2.19%，实现非利息净收入669.67亿元，比上年增长7.39%;实现归属于本行股东的净利润685.76亿元，比上年增长2.33%。资产质量总体平稳，风险抵御能力不断增强。截至报告期末，本集团不良贷款余额664.85亿元，比上年末增加16.85亿元，增长2.60%;不良贷款率1.16%，比上年末下降0.02个百分点;拨备覆盖率209.43%，比上年末上升1.84个百分点。
资负规模平稳增长，业务结构进一步优化。截至报告期末，本集团资产总额95,327.22亿元，比上年末增长5.31%;贷款及垫款总额(不含应计利息)57,201.28亿元，比上年末增长4.03%;客户存款总额(不含应计利息)57,782.31亿元，比上年末增长7.04%。报告期内，本集团加大实体经济服务力度，绿色信贷、战略新兴、制造业中长期、普惠金融、涉农贷款增速均高于总体贷款增速。
