3月25日，中国金茂(00817.HK)发布2024年度业绩报告并举办业绩发布会。管理层在业绩会上表示，中国金茂保持了“三道红线”全绿档，持续优化境内外债务结构。2024年底债务总额较上年同期下降约50亿，平均融资成本同比下降约50个基点。融资渠道多元畅通，境内新增融资平均成本仅2.87%；2024年，中国金茂强化精益管理，管理费用、销售费用、财务费用同比降幅分别达25%、23%、16%。
