DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Unit Issues MYR300 Million Bonds

DKSH Holdings (Malaysia)'s (KLSE:DKSH) unit DKSH Malaysia issued 300 million ringgit in sustainability-linked medium-term bonds under its debt issue programs.

The three-year bonds are unrated, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

Proceeds will be used for investment, acquisitions, capital expenditure, working capital, general corporate purposes, and debt refinancing.

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) is the principal adviser, lead arranger, lead manager, and facility agent for the program, the market expansion services added.
