AT&T (T) is in talks to acquire Lumen Technologies' (LUMN) consumer fiber business, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
The two companies are in exclusive discussions on a deal that could value the unit at over $5.5 billion, one of the people reportedly told Bloomberg.
