Shenzhen International's (HKG:0152) attributable profit rose to HK$2.87 billion in 2024 from HK$1.90 billion in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the toll road operator increased to HK$1.19 from HK$0.79 in the previous year.
Revenue declined to HK$15.6 billion from HK$20.5 billion a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.598 per share, payable June 20 to shareholders on record as of May 16.
Shares jumped 1% during Wednesday's late morning trading.
