金吾财讯 | 深圳国际(00152)公布2024年度全年业绩，公司普通股权持有人应占纯利28.72亿元(港币，下同)，同比增长51.05%；每股基本盈利1.2元。董事会建议本年度末期股息为每股0.598元，同比升50%。期内，集团收入155.71亿元，同比减少24.13%，主要由于去年同期前海住宅项目（颐城栖湾里）交付并确认收入约55亿元，而本年度并无该项收入；经营盈利约52.21亿元，较去年同期下降19%，主要由于集团分别录得资产减值损失约8.67亿元及公允价值损失约2.42亿元。物流业务方面，于本年度实现收入约18.37亿元，与去年同期相若。截至2024年12月31日，集团在全国42个城市实现布局，已获取经营权的土地面积约836万平方米，管理及经营46个物流港项目，总运营面积约579万平方米，物流业务规模持续增长。期内，毛利35.38亿元，同比减少52.85%。
