LG Innotek (KRX:011070) aims to expand its semiconductor parts business to over 3 trillion won in yearly sales by 2030, Pulse News reported Tuesday, citing company CEO Moon Hyuk-soo.
The company will focus on high-end segments like AI and server applications, expanding its flip-chip ball grid array (FC-BGA) business to a trillion-won level during this period, the report said.
Shares of the South Korean electronic component manufacturing firm jumped nearly 5% in recent trade on Wednesday.
