消息面上，华润医药发布2024年全年业绩，收益2576.73亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加5.3%；毛利406.89亿元，同比增加6.13%；权益持有人应占溢利33.51亿元，同比减少13.06%。剔除联营公司减值等一次性项目影响，报告期间内净利润同比稳健增长13.1%；公司拥有人应占溢利同比增长0.5%。拟派发末期股息每股0.052元，上年同期派0.154元。
公告称，2024年制药、医药分销、药品零售及其他三个主要业务分部的收益占比分别为16.1%、80.0%以及3.9%。期内制药业务实现分部收益463.24亿元，同比增长6.6%，中药、化学药及生物药业务板块收入实现增长。制药业务毛利率为59.4%，较上年同期上升0.3个百分点，主要因为产品结构优化，以及工艺改进、生产环节效率提升。
