智通财经APP讯，华能国际电力股份(00902)公布2024年业绩，实现合并营业收入为人民币2,455.51亿元，较上年同期下降3.48%。归属于公司权益持有者的净利润为人民币101.85亿元，比上年同期增长21.86%;每股收益为人民币0.46元，拟每股派现金股息人民币0.27元(含税)。
其中，中国境内业务营业收入同比减少人民币29.42亿元，主要原因是境内电价同比下降。新投机组和新收购项目增加营业收入人民币45.68亿元，原有机组营业收入减少人民币75.10亿元。
新加坡业务营业收入同比减少人民币53.71亿元，较上年同期下降19.85%。巴基斯坦业务营业收入同比减少人民币5.33亿元，较上年同期下降13.12%。境外业务营业收入同比下降的主要原因是电价同比下降。
公告称，业绩增长主要由于本年度公司境内单位燃料成本降低促进火电增利，且新能源规模有序扩增带来增量增利
