BlockBeats 消息，3 月 25 日，Binance 发布“Movement（MOVE）项目做市商市场违规行为的处理措施”，已确定项目 Movement（MOVE）的做市商（以下简称“做市商”）与另一家最近已清退并禁止其在 Binance 上进一步进行做市活动的做市商存在关联。
做市商的某些做市行为包括：
在 MOVE 上线后的第一天，做市商在 2024 年 12 月 10 日（UTC）出售了约 6600 万枚 MOVE 代币，买入订单很少。
市场做市商在 2025 年 3 月 18 日离场前，最终净赚 3800 万枚 USDT。
为了更好地保护用户，对于该做市商的不当行为采取以下额外措施：
1、通知 Movement Labs 和 Movement Foundation 团队关于其做市商的市场违规行为；
2、已冻结做市商的相关收益；
3、MOVE 项目方已承诺将做市商相关收益用于补偿用户（项目方将会公布详细方案）；
4、已将该做市商下架，并禁止其在 Binance 进行任何进一步的做市活动。
Binance 上所有项目的授权市场做市商必须遵守以下原则和规则：
同时下买单和卖单订单；
确保在指定深度级别内有足够的订单量；
维护市场活动健康稳定的价差；
确保订单在一定时间内保持，并防止高频订单的放置和取消对市场造成干扰。
任何未遵守或违反此类原则和规则的项目授权市场参与者，Binance 将采取进一步措施，以保护用户。
