2、已冻结做市商的相关收益；
3、MOVE 项目方已承诺将做市商相关收益用于补偿用户（项目方将会公布详细方案）；
4、已将该做市商下架，并禁止其在 Binance 进行任何进一步的做市活动。
Binance 上所有项目的授权市场做市商必须遵守以下原则和规则：
同时下买单和卖单订单；
确保在指定深度级别内有足够的订单量；
维护市场活动健康稳定的价差；
确保订单在一定时间内保持，并防止高频订单的放置和取消对市场造成干扰。
任何未遵守或违反此类原则和规则的项目授权市场参与者，Binance 将采取进一步措施，以保护用户。
