【台积电加快先进封装产能扩张 预计今年SoIC产量翻番至1万片】金十数据3月26日讯，台积电正加快其在中国台湾地区的先进封装产能扩张，其AP8工厂和AP7工厂均已提前设备安装时间表。前者致力于扩大CoWoS产能，预计最早于2025年4月开始安装设备，并可能于下半年开始量产；后者任务是提高SoIC技术产量，原定于2025年底进行设备安装，现已提前至8月，预计今年SoIC产量翻番至1万片，并且在2026年再翻一番。
