冀时客户端报道 加强供需对接，省人社厅昨天（3月26日）与京东集团签署合作协议，为"河北福嫂"赴京津就业搭建新平台。

据了解，双方本次合作，将充分发挥河北福嫂的品牌效应和京东家政的企业资源优势，创新家政服务模式，搭建劳动力供给和企业用工供需对接平台。根据双方协议，京东集团今年为河北福嫂等河北劳动者定向提供10000个家政服务岗位。

京东家政华北区负责人 娄建：

我们目前北京在线劳动者大概是5000人，今年年底预计要扩充到15000人左右，包括天津也大量缺人。

石家庄沐瑾家庭服务有限公司副总经理 简莹：

这次签约不仅是一次资源整合，更是给到了我们更多从业者有一个机会。

据介绍，围绕持续深化拓展京津劳务市场，省人社厅还将开展"阿尔茨海默症"康复护理专项培训，创新"不住家"保姆等新型家政服务模式，帮助更多"河北福嫂"等劳动者到京津就业。
