消息面上，中海物业午间发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，整体收益140.24亿元(人民币，下同)，同比上升7.5%；公司普通股权持有人应占溢利15.11亿元，同比上升12.5%；每股基本盈利为46.00仙，拟派末期股息每股港币9.5港仙，上年同期派8.5港仙。年内，新签合约额约为人民币44.412亿元，其中，与独立第三方签订的合约额为人民币28.487亿元。住宅类及非住宅类的新签合约额分别约达人民币23.427亿元及人民币20.985亿元。
