路透社东京3月28日 - 美国私募股权公司KKRKKR.N和日本国有支持基金日本投资公司（Japan Investment Corp(JIC)）周五表示，将以要约收购的方式收购医疗设备制造商拓普康（Topcon）7732.T，收购价为3,480亿日元(，价值23.1亿美元)。
日本的私募股权交易一直在蓬勃发展，因为公司治理改革和越来越多的激进股东推动更多的公司进行私有化并剥离非核心业务。
KKR 表示，每股 3300 美元的要约收购价比 Topcon 上周五的收盘价 3130 日元溢价 5.4%，比 Topcon 股票截至 2024 年 12 月 9 日的 12 个月简单平均收盘价溢价 99.5%。
