3 月 26 日，据 The Block 报道，近日，Celo 主网已启动从 Layer 1 向以太坊 Layer 2 的迁移流程，Celo 区块生产已暂停。迁移后，Celo 作为以太坊 Layer 2 运行，支持原生以太坊跨链桥接功能，区块时间从 5 秒缩短至 1 秒。Celo 表示，首批合作方包括 Aave、Fireblocks、Uniswap 与 Yellowcard 等。
未来，Celo 现有验证者将转为去中心化排序器，维持单区块最终性。
