智通财经APP获悉，在近一年的代理权争夺威胁后，激进投资机构Starboard Value LP正式提名三位董事加入欧特克(ADSK.US)董事会。
这家持有欧特克逾5亿美元股份的激进投资者周三发布声明称，已于3月20日提交董事提名名单。获提名的三位候选人包括：Starboard首席执行官Jeff Smith、德勤会计师事务所高级合伙人Christie Simons、以及Starboard控股的Acacia Research公司董事Geoff Ribar。
本月初Starboard曾致信这家设计软件制造商，表示计划在2025年股东年会上提名“少数”董事候选人。
此前欧特克曝出会计问题，Starboard随即施压董事会重新评估首席执行官Andrew Anagnost的履职表现。该机构不仅敦促欧特克进行董事会改组，更指出公司发布的2026年业绩指引引发了“投资者群体的严重困惑”。
