格隆汇3月27日丨中海物业(02669.HK)公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度，整体收益上升7.5%至人民币14,023.8百万元。本年毛利率改善至16.6%（2023年:15.9%)。公司普通股权持有人应占溢利较去年上升12.5%，达人民币1,510.9百万元。董事会建议派发末期股息每股港币9.5仙（2023年：每股港币8.5仙）。
截至2024年12月31日止年度，集团所管理的建筑面积较去年年底增加7.4%或29.6百万平方米至431.1百万平方米。
