截至2024年12月31日，物业管理服务总合约建筑面积约为1.258亿平方米，总在管建筑面积约为1.188亿平方米。
期内收入减少主要归因于物业管理服务收入减少。物业管理服务板块仍是集团的最大收入来源。2024年，集团物业管理服务收入达到约人民币18.162亿元，占集团总收入的约76.0%。有关减少主要原因为优化在管项目结构，退出部分利润率较低的项目。社区增值服务收入下降主要由于社区团购业务收入减少所致。非业主增值服务收入下降主要是营销场协销服务的收入有所下降导致。其他专业服务收入增加主要由于城市公共服务及电梯服务收入有所增加。
2024年，集团以资产保值增值为核心构建“物业-美业-美居-美家”四维协同生态体系，整合物业场景流量入口形成一站式资产综合服务体系。依托物业服务精准触达需求推动租售单量同比提升48%，美居业务完成全链条标准化升级带动新签合同额激增2.5倍，实现业主资产全生命周期价值持续提升。
