消息面上，新希望服务公布2024年业绩，收入达14.81亿元，同比增加 17.5%。 毛利为4.5亿元，同比增加2.2%；公司权益股东应占溢利约2.27亿元，同比增加5.5%；每股盈利0.279元，末期股息每股0.076元，上年同期派0.091元。
公告称，收入增长主要归因于集团在管楼面面积及项目增加导致物业管理服务收入的增加；及生活服务收入的增加。期内，该集团完成了全年的合约金额目标，完成各类项目的签约金额人民币6.05亿，较去年同期增长192%。2024年战略合作下获取的合同金额为人民币2.15亿元，较去年同期增长168.7%。
