智通财经APP讯，新濠国际发展(00200)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，净收益361.73亿港元，同比增加22.49%;股东应占亏损7.85亿港元，同比收窄55.01%;每股基本亏损0.52港元。
公告称，净收益增加主要可归因于2024年澳门入境旅客持续回升以及新濠影汇第二期于2023年四月开幕及City of Dreams Mediterranean于2023年年中开业后营运的逐步提升，带动娱乐场及酒店营运的表现于截至2024年12月31日止年度提升。
集团通过斯里兰卡首家综合度假村City of Dreams Sri Lanka项目进一步扩展其全球业务版图。该项目的娱乐场工程进展顺利，预计将于2025年第三季度开始营运。
