报告期内，本集团实现营业收入人民币16.90亿元，同比减少14.13%。报告期内，本集团实现归属于母公司股东的净利润人民币2.46亿元，增加人民币0.34亿元，主要为本期证券经纪业务收入增加及业务及管理费减少影响。
