金吾财讯 | 礼来(LLY)在美国心脏病学会会议上公布了在研降脂药lepodisiran的II期ALPACA研究取得积极结果。该疗法旨在降低脂蛋白(a)（Lp(a)）的生成，Lp(a)是心血管疾病的遗传风险因素。在ALPACA研究中，lepodisiran在最高剂量（400mg）下，使Lp(a)水平在治疗后60至180天期间平均降低93.9%，达到主要终点，其中一些患者的降低时间持续近1.5年。接受lepodisiran 16mg和96mg剂量治疗的受试者，同期Lp(a)水平分别降低40.8%和75.2%。Lepodisiran还达成多项次要终点，在为期近18个月的研究中，所有评估时间点均显示三个测试剂量（16mg、96mg、400mg）在单次或两次给药后均能降低Lp(a)水平。
