英特尔在2020年10月19日，以90亿美元的价格向SK海力士出售了其NAND闪存以及存储业务。其中包括英特尔的固态硬盘业务、NAND配件和晶圆业务，以及在英特尔在大连的NAND闪存芯片制造厂，但英特尔仍将保留傲腾业务。该笔交易分为两个阶段：2021年12月29日，SK海力士向英特尔支付70亿美元，购入包括大连工厂在内的NAND闪存业务；2025年支付剩余的款项，购买剩下的资产，包括NAND闪存的制造和设计、研发团队和大连工厂的队伍。

据DigiTimes报道，SK海力士已经在本周四向英特尔支付了最后一笔款项，彻底控制了英特尔原有的NAND闪存以及存储业务。根据英特尔向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件显示，交易是在3月27日完成的，扣除某些调整项目后，收到的金额约为19亿美元。按照之前的说法，SK海力士支付的金额应该是22.35亿美元。

SK海力士在完成第一阶段交易后，已经将英特尔相关的NAND闪存以及存储业务转移到名为Solidigm的新公司运营。Solidigm属于SK海力士的子公司，总部设在美国加利福利亚州的圣何塞。

去年Solidigm开始和母公司一起转向SK海力士客户路线图，将精力集中在数据中心SSD产品上，成为用于人工智能（AI）部署的大容量eSSD的领导者，为AI数据管道的各个阶段和通用计算工作负载提供了最广泛的产品组合。
