截至2024年12月31日止12个月，该集团在全国18个省及直辖市的45个城市管理394个物业服务项目，总在管建筑面积约为6220万平方米，较2023年同期增长约11.5%;总订约项目数量422个，总订约建筑面积约为7020万平方米，较2023年同期增长约8.5%。
公告称，溢利减少减少主要由于集团为扩大管理规模而加大市场拓展力度导致相关费用增加，以及本年度对贸易应收账款增加计提信用减值拨备导致。
