CGI Signs Exclusivity Agreement to Acquire France's Apside

CGI (GIB) said Monday that it signed an exclusivity agreement to acquire French digital and engineering services company Apside.

No financial terms were disclosed. According to the statement, CGI signed the agreement with Siparex and investment companies of the Credit Agricole Group, Apside's main shareholders.

CGI said it expects to close the transaction in June, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
