EQT (EQT) said Monday it completed the exchange offers for eight series of notes issued by its EQM Midstream Partners unit.
An aggregate of $3.87 billion in principal amount was tendered in the exchange offers, EQT added.
The offers included 7.5% senior notes due 2027, 4.5% senior notes due 2029, 6.375% senior notes due 2029, 7.5% senior notes due 2030, 4.75% senior notes due 2031, 6.5% senior notes due 2027 and 5.5% senior notes due 2028, according to the company.
Additionally, EQT sought and obtained consent from note holders to amend the existing debt agreements, effectively removing most restrictive covenants and potential default triggers.
Shares of EQT were up 1.3% in recent trading.
