智通财经APP讯，蓝河控股(00498)发布公告，于2025年3月31日，本公司透过其全资附属公司于公开市场上出售合共1.9996亿股上市公司(中达集团控股.00139)股份(相当于本公告日期上市公司已发行股本总额约1.06%)，总代价约为700万港元(不含交易成本()相当于平均价格每股上市公司股份0.035港元)。
本集团于2023年2月以投资为目的购入出售股份。鉴于市况起伏不定，全球经济充满不确定性，加上考虑到上市公司股份目前成交表现，本公司认为出售事项是绝佳良机，可借此变现部分上市公司股份的投资，因应当下市场动态调整投资组合。此外，出售事项将增强本集团流动资金状况，有助将财务资源灵活调配至其他投资机会。
