智通财经APP讯，复星医药(600196.SH)公告，公司、国际金融公司(IFC)、亚洲开发银行(ADB)拟各自出资人民币2.7亿元(或等值美元)分别认购联合健康险1.05亿股新增发行股份(对应新增注册资本人民币1.05亿元)。本次增资完成后，本公司持有联合健康险的股权比例将由14.00%增至20.05%。
