公告称，2024年度，中国地产签约销售额约为人民币58.3亿元(2023年：约为人民币105.2亿元)。签约面积为28.93万平方米(2023年：56.96万平方米)。其中取得物业销售权益项目的签约销售总计约为人民币7.46亿元，签约销售面积为30293平方米，均价为每平方米人民币24620元。合同销售主要是来自中国无锡、重庆、成都、嘉兴等城市。
