由于延迟刊发2023年年度业绩及截至2023年12月31日止年度的年报，刊发截至 2024年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩公告及寄发截至2024年6月30日止六个月的中期报告亦已延迟;及刊发截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩公告及寄发截至2024年12月31日止年度的年报亦将延迟。
本公司董事会及管理层将继续与本公司核数师紧密合作，在切实可行的情况下尽快刊发尚未刊发的财务资料。
尽管如此，本集团正积极努力减轻市场对营运的冲击，将优先确保项目交付及维持正常业务运转作为首要任务。
于本公告日期，尽管本公司股份暂停买卖，但本集团的业务营运在所有重大方面仍如常进行。
