【深圳宝安推出新地块 起拍价86.27亿元】金十数据3月31日讯，深圳公共资源交易中心3月31日发布深圳市国有建设用地使用权出让公告，此次推出的地块为宝安区新安街道A002-0060地块，土地用途为商业用地、二类居住用地，土地面积约为4.8万平方米，建筑面积约为27.1万平方米，挂牌起始价约为86.27亿元，拟于4月30日出让。A002-0060宗地住宅部分为普通商品住房，无配建、无“70/90户型”限制，对建成商品住宅没有价格限制，按照“价高者得”的原则确定竞得人。
