智通财经APP获悉，内银股逆市走高，截至发稿，建设银行(00939)涨3.73%，报6.95港元；中国银行(03988)涨1.96%，报4.68港元；招商银行(03968)涨1.86%，报46.5港元；工商银行(01398)涨1.27%，报5.56港元。
消息面上，3月30日，中国银行、建设银行、交通银行和邮储银行同步发布定向增发A股股票公告，计划通过定向增发募集资金合计5200亿元，用于补充核心一级资本。其中，财政部拟认购金额高达5000亿元，占据主导地位。此次注资计划的实施，标志着国有大行资本补充工作进入实质性阶段。
花旗表示，中国银行、邮储银行、建设银行和交通银行定向增发股份有助于缓解净息差压力并恢复贷款能力；短期内更看好招商银行等股份制银行，但若六大行股价大幅调整，可能带来抄底机会。中信证券指出，上市银行25Q1息差受存量贷款重定价因素影响仍有下降，投资收益受市场影响有所波动但预计对报表影响有限，预计25Q1银行业绩为全年低点，后续走势有望上行。
