消息面上，国务院国资委副主任苟坪日前在“中国电动汽车百人会论坛2025”表示，对整车央企进行战略性重组，提高产业集中度；推动企业内部专业化整合，提升资源配置效率，鼓励支持汽车央企与其他企业深化各种形式的合作。
此外，东风集团股份近期发布年度业绩。2024年，整体实现扭亏为盈，实现营收1061.97亿元，同比增长6.9%；归属于上市公司股东净利润0.58亿元，上年同期亏损38.87亿元；整体毛利率12.8%。东风集团股份在2024年业绩说明会上透露，公司与长安汽车的整合正在推进，控股股东已启动对长安旗下汽车板块的重组筹划。
