优然牧业(09858.HK) 公布，旗下附属内蒙优然于去年9月2日与咸阳仲山牧订立租赁协议。
公告指，内蒙优然同意向咸阳仲山牧租赁，位于陕西省咸阳市的万头奶牛新型农牧产业综合示范牧场项目场所内的土地使用权，以及上述场所内的所有不动产、附属设施、饲养区及各类牛舍、设备、生产车辆、沼气设施、供电及电网设施以及其它配套设施。租期为20年，初始期限的租金总额最高约6.4亿元人民币。(js/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-28 16:25。)
