智通财经APP讯，北京汽车(01958)发布公告，于2025年3月28日，北汽动力总成(公司全资附属公司)与蓝谷能源(北汽集团(公司唯一控股股东)间接30%受控公司)订立资产收购协议，据此，蓝谷能源同意向北汽动力总成出售，而北汽动力总成同意向蓝谷能源购买目标资产的全部权利及权益，总代价为人民币1.29亿元。
目标资产指40座换电站的设备及配套资产。
集团新能源汽车产品已布局北京市场。透过收购事项及营运主要服务公司换电车辆的目标资产，公司可进一步提升北京市换电营运稳定性，从而将提升公司市场影响力并促进整体汽车销售。
