北部都会区的三个“片区开发”试点今日(31日)截收意向书。截至早上11时05分，现场所见，暂有10间发展商递交意向书，包括新世界发展(00017.HK) 及华懋。
三个“片区开发”试点分别位于洪水桥/厦村新发展区、粉岭北新发展区北及新田科技城。
发展局表示，政府搜集市场的意见和建议，以敲定日后公开招标的细节和条款，目标是由今年下半年起至明年期间陆续为该三个“片区开发”试点招标。
意向书邀请文件就每个试点的“基线情景”说明具体发展要求，方便有兴趣参与开发的企业提出意见。此外，政府欢迎市场提出创新可行的建议，以善用“片区开发”模式，在北都产业发展有更深入和实质的参与。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-28 16:25。)
