万科A：2024年营收超3400亿 今年一季度公开债均已兑付
3月31日，万科发布2024年年报，实现营收超3400亿，瘦身健体取得明显成效，大宗交易规模行业第一，综合住区实现销售面积行业第一，完成超18万套房屋交付，盘活存量重难点项目回款超百亿，长租业务规模、效率、纳保量三项行业第一。此外，经营服务业务也保持稳健增长，并在业内率先实现多赛道REITs突破。年初万科调整充实了管理团队，获得了多方积极支持，迎来改革发展重大转机。春节后万科实现多项积极进展，偿债工作有序推进，2025年一季度到期公开债均已完成兑付。面向未来，万科管理层表示，全体万科人将竭尽所能，推动改革化险与融合发展，相信在各方支持下，万科一定能走出低谷、迎来转机。
