3月27日，光大证券发布2024年年报，实现营收95.98亿元，同比下降4.32%；归母净利润为30.58亿元，同比下降28.39%；扣非归母净利润为30.08亿元，同比增长60.66%。公司拟每10股派发现金红利1.086元（含税）。

年报称，本期归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比下降28.39%，主要因为上年子公司光大资本签署执行和解协议，转回预计负债形成非经常性损益21.5亿元。公司2024年扣除非经常性损益的归母净利润同比增加60.66%。

对于公司营业收入同比减少4亿元，降幅4.32%的原因，年报也进行了说明。其中提到，由于投资银行、资产管理及基金管理业务手续费变动，公司手续费及佣金净收入47亿元，同比减少2亿元，降幅4%，投资收益及公允价值变动收益26亿元，与上年持平；其他收益1亿元，同比减少3亿元，降幅70%，为政府补贴影响；由于本年度大宗商品基差贸易收入变动，公司其他业务收入1亿元，同比减少3亿元，降幅82%。但受融资成本下降、固收类投资利息增加影响，公司利息净收入21亿元，同比增加3亿元，增幅19%。
