Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) said it has joined New York Stock Exchange Texas, becoming the first company to list on the exchange launched by Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Monday.
The stock will also continue trading under the DJT ticker on its existing Nasdaq listing, while DJT warrants will also trade on NYSE Texas under DJTWW, the company said.
NYSE Texas is the first US securities exchange based in Texas and aims to attract firms drawn to the state's growing economy and business-friendly climate, ICE said in a separate statement.
Trump Media Chief Executive Devin Nunes said the move aligns with the company's diversification strategy and plans to reincorporate in Florida, citing both states' pro-enterprise environments.
Shares of Trump Media & Technology Group were down more than 3% in recent premarket activity Monday.
