智通财经APP讯，复星医药(02196)发布公告，公司、国际金融公司(IFC)、亚洲开发银行(ADB)拟各自出资人民币27000万元(或等值美元)分别认购联合健康险1.05亿股新增发行股份。本次增资完成后，公司持有联合健康险的股权比例将由14.00%增至20.05%。
公告称，联合健康险是国内第六家获批成立的专业健康险公司，主要开展包括医疗保险、疾病保险、失能收入损失保险、护理保险、意外保险等业务。本次增资所得款项拟用于联合健康险补充资本金，以进一步提高偿付能力和承保能力，推进业务规模的扩大。
本次增资前后，联合健康险均为公司的联营公司。本次增资完成后，公司对联合健康险的持股比例将由14.00%增至20.05%，有助于进一步增强对标的公司的影响力，持续加强集团医药、医疗健康服务等业务与商业保险的合作融通和协同。
