March 31 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Monday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.69%.

* THAMES WATER: Thames Water named KKR KKR.N as the frontrunner to invest new equity into Britain's biggest water supplier.

* ASTON MARTIN: Aston Martin AML.L said Chairman Lawrence Stroll's Yew Tree Consortium would invest a further 52.5 million pounds ($68.04 million) in the luxury carmaker and increase its stake to about 33%.

* PRIMARK: Associated British Foods ABF.L said the boss of its Primark clothing business, Paul Marchant, has resigned with immediate effect following an allegation made by an individual about his behaviour towards her in a social environment.

* WOOD GROUP: Wood Group WG.L said it had identified "material weaknesses and failures" in its financial culture within its Projects business unit, following an independent review conducted by Deloitte.

* REACH: Daily Mirror publisher Reach RCH.L named Piers North, its current chief revenue officer, as the CEO.

* PETS AT HOME: Britain's Pets at Home Group PETSP.L forecast its fiscal 2026 underlying pre-tax profit to be between 115 million pounds ($148.95 million) and 125 million pounds.

* CONDUIT: Conduit Holdings Limited CRE.L announced that Trevor Carvey will step down as CEO.

* BUSINESS: British business confidence held steady this month, a Lloyds survey showed.

* EMPLOYMENT: UK job vacancies saw the fastest month-on-month growth in three years in February, according to data published Adzuna.

* BUDGET: Ratings agency Moody's said the UK government's moves to restore budget headroom reflect a difficult fiscal outlook, although the timely reaction to a deterioration in public finances is positive.

* COMMODITIES: Oil prices heading for a modest quarterly loss, gold touched an all-time high and copper prices in London fell to a two-week low.
