智通财经APP讯，宋都服务(09608)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入2.48亿元人民币;年内收益779.2万元;每股基本盈利0.08分。
公告称，于2024财年实现毛利人民币5750万元，较2023财年毛利人民币4490万元上升28.1%。2024财年毛利率为23.2%，较2023财年毛利率17.1%增长6.1个百分点。
截至2024年12月31日，集团在中国的20个城市设有21间附属公司及26间分公司(当中大多数位于浙江省)，向52项物业(包括39项住宅物业及13项非住宅物业)提供物业管理服务，在管总建筑面积约为840万平方米，总合约面积为970万平方米。
本报告期内，物业管理行业依然坚持高水平发展，表明房地产相关行业的发展重心由“规模扩张”转向“高质量发展”。这一转变是由于管理规模的增长率下降，标志着房地产行业盲目扩张时代的终结。为应对新的挑战，越来越多的物业企业积极调整策略，着重提升运营效率和服务质量。
