观点网讯：3月28日，中国国际金融股份有限公司发布2024年年度报告。

报告期内，中金公司实现营业收入213.33亿元，同比下降7.21%；归属于母公司股东的净利润为56.94亿元，同比下降7.50%；基本每股收益为1.035元，同比下降9.05%；加权平均净资产收益率为5.52%，下降0.91个百分点。

期内，中金公司在投资银行业务方面表现突出，2024年服务中资企业全球IPO合计28单，融资规模达44.24亿美元。其中，A股IPO项目6单，主承销金额35.90亿元人民币；再融资项目15单，主承销金额123.49亿元人民币。在固定收益业务方面，境内债券承销规模为7112.24亿元人民币，同比上升0.4%；境外债券承销规模为52.66亿美元，同比上升61.5%。

资产管理业务规模5520.34亿元人民币，中金基金管理的公募基金规模增长至2073.3亿元人民币，同比增长63%。私募股权业务在管资产规模达到4576亿元人民币。财富管理业务方面，客户账户资产总值达到3.18万亿元人民币，财富管理总客户数接近850万户。
