Nanofilm Technologies International (SGX:MZH) will place its dormant Japanese subsidiary, Nanofilm Advanced Materials, under voluntary liquidation, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The company has a paid up capital of 60 million Japanese yen and the winding up is part of the company's strategy to optimize its business operations.
