新股消息 | 泽辉生物港股IPO招股书失效 致力于研发PSC的创新细胞治疗产品
智通财经APP获悉，泽辉生物科技有限公司(泽辉生物)于2024年9月30日所递交的港股招股书满6个月，于2025年3月30日失效，递表时中金公司为其独家保荐人。
招股书披露，泽辉生物是一家进入临床研发阶段的生物制药公司，自2017年成立以来，致力于开发治疗多种疾病的多能干细胞(“PSC”)来源的创新细胞治疗产品。作为中国乃至全球最早一批开展PSC来源细胞治疗产品研发的公司之一，根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料， 公司是中国首批获得PSC来源细胞疗法新药临床试验申请(“IND”)批准的公司及中国唯一一家目前有多项PSC来源细胞治疗资产处于II 期临床试验的公司。
目前，公司的产品组合包括核心产品 ZH901以及主要产品ZH903、ZH902 及ZH906。截至最后实际可行日期，核心产品 ZH901已进入II期临床阶段，正在研究用于治疗AE-ILD、aGVHD、半月板损伤和ARDS。ZH903和ZH902各为一种主要产品，目前正在进行研究者发起的试验 (“IIT”)，分别用于治疗帕金森病和干性AMD。公司的主要产品ZH906用于治疗角膜内皮失代偿，正处于临床前阶段。
