凤凰网科技讯 （作者/杨睿琪）3月31日，联想集团2025/26财年誓师大会在北京钻石球场召开，面对新的财年，联想集团董事长兼CEO杨元庆提出四大目标：

勇立混合式人工智能变革的潮头，成为个人智能和企业智能的领导者；

推动所有业务集团的营收实现年比年双位数的快速增长；

加大多元引擎的马力，MBG和ISG都要实现20%以上的营收增长，并为公司带来可持续、实质性的利润贡献；

打造业界最均衡的业务组合，继续提升盈利能力，创造公司营收的历史新高。

对于过去一年的业绩，杨元庆也发表了看法，他表示，过去的一年是联想历史上最好的年份之一。这一年，面对重重挑战，联想绝大部分业务都取得了超越市场的业绩。前三个季度的营业额年比年增长了21%，净利润年比年提升了70%。

2024年，联想刚刚度过40周年纪念，而即将开启的第五个十年，联想将其定义为人工智能的十年。

杨元庆表示，这意味着，联想要执行的战略、投入的资金、打造的能力、推出的产品与方案、塑造的品牌以及培育的文化，都将围绕这一主题展开 —— 让人工智能惠及每一个企业，每一个个人。这也意味着，联想将第五次创业，新的“创业5.0”时代。
