广深铁路股份(00525)午后再跌5%，截至发稿，跌5.38%，报1.76港元，成交额5339.58万港元。

消息面上，广深铁路股份近日公布年度财报，营业收入270.9亿人民币，同比增加3.4%；纯利10.6亿元，轻微增长0.2%。其中第四季度营收70.6亿元，归母净亏损1.49亿元，较去年由盈转亏。公司披露2024年年度利润分配方案，拟派发现金红利总计4.96亿元，每股股利为0.07元。

华泰证券表示，公司年报业绩低于预期，差异主因24年下半年客流增长转弱以及营业成本高于预期。长江证券指出，看好广深铁路作为高铁运营商的周期成长性，但是同样提示公司转型存在阵痛，无论是普铁业务的退出，还是高铁业务的培育，均需要时间和成本。
