AMD RX 9070 XT显卡“参考设计”细节曝光：核心导热采用石墨烯
IT之家 3 月 28 日消息，消息人士 白给的盖欧卡 向IT之家分享了 AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT 显卡“参考设计”的具体细节。

可以看到该显卡采用三风扇散热模组，拥有双 PCIe 8Pin 供电接口，黑色外壳造型硬朗简洁。其厚度在三槽左右，配备后端开放通风的散热背板，带核心背框。
深入到显卡的内部结构，可以发现这张显卡搭载 5 根热管，GPU 核心对应位置采用铜底，周围的显存位也通过导热垫和金属框架接触。此外其配备了 4 个视频输出接口。
值得注意的是，该“参考设计”中 GPU 和铜底间的 TIM（热界面材料）并非硅脂，而是以往在 AMD 高端 MBA 市售公版显卡更为常见的石墨烯片。相较硅脂，石墨烯的导热性不会因为时间变化而衰退，具有更优秀耐久。
这张显卡的频率设计与 AMD 的默认值完全一致，GPU-Z 的 Subvendor 一栏直接写作 AMD/AIB 而非第三方厂商。
