美国企业家埃隆·马斯克28日表示，他旗下的人工智能初创公司xAI以全股票交易方式收购社交媒体平台X。

马斯克在X上发布了这一消息。贴文显示，合并后xAI的估值为800亿美元，X的估值为330亿美元。

马斯克在贴文中写道，“xAI和X的未来紧密相连。今天，我们正式迈出了将数据、模型、计算、分发渠道和人才结合起来的步伐”，两家公司的合并“将xAI先进的人工智能能力和专业知识与X的庞大影响力相结合”。

马斯克于2022年10月完成对推特的收购，后将其更名为X。他于2023年成立人工智能公司xAI。
