格隆汇3月29日｜马斯克周五表示，其旗下人工智能初创公司xAI将收购其社交网络平台X（前推特）。马斯克表示：“这次收购将把xAI先进的人工智能能力和专业知识与X的巨大影响力结合起来，从而释放出巨大的潜力。”据马斯克称，X拥有超过6亿用户，它的未来与两年前推出的xAI“交织在一起”。这两家公司将以全股票交易的方式合并，xAI的估值为800亿美元，X的估值为330亿美元（（即450亿美元减去120亿美元的债务）。马斯克在2022年底以440亿美元的价格收购了推特，这笔交易包括债务，并于次年推出了xAI。
